Territory-based
- currently hiring for Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL. Remote within your assigned territory; requires local market knowledge and the ability to travel within-territory for property visits. About the Role The MLS Acquisition Manager sources and closes residential property acquisitions by working the open MLS directly with listing agents

This is a fast-paced, hunter-style sales role built for someone who thrives on persistence: submitting offers, following up relentlessly with agents, and closing deals in a competitive market. Real estate or acquisitions professionals who've worked in institutional single-family investing will recognize the pace and structure immediately. What You'll Do Identify and evaluate MLS listings that fit the company's acquisition criteria Submit and negotiate offers directly with listing agents Manage a high-volume pipeline of active offers and follow-ups Visit properties within territory as needed to assess condition and rehab scope before purchase Use the company's internal automated MLS offer tool to manage and track deal flow What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in single-family institutional real estate acquisitions (acquisition manager, acquisition analyst, or real estate investment agent background) Active real estate license, or ability to obtain/reinstate one quickly (weeks, not months) Strong negotiation instincts and comfort with high-volume, fast-paced outreach Local market knowledge within the assigned territory and ability to travel for property visits Institutional/agency-side real estate experience (companies like Tricon, Invitation Homes, AMH, Progress Residential, Home Partners of America, Opendoor, Offerpad, Redfin, and similar) strongly preferred Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed Compensation & Structure Base salary of $50,000, with meaningful upside
- top performers can see base grow over time Uncapped commission: $1,500 per closed property Realistic total compensation range of $100,000
- 200,000+ depending on volume W-2 employment with full benefits
