Job Description

Lead mission-critical data center and electrical projects Manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships end-to-end About Our Client Client is a top national specialty electrical contractor looking to grow their datacenter portfolio. Job Description Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or budgets as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have: Experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively during construction.
