Job Description American Equipment HR LLC (AmQuip Crane Rental) seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations at our construction-focused crane rental branch. You will oversee day-to-day branch performance, including safety, staffing, scheduling, and customer service for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing P&L, coordinating crane rentals and operated services, ensuring regulatory and site safety compliance, and optimizing fleet utilization. You will mentor a field and office team, collaborate with sales and logistics, resolve project issues, and drive reliable, on-time lifting solutions for complex jobs. Responsibilities Lead overall branch operations for crane rental and lifting services in construction and industrial markets. Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer site requirements. Manage P&L, budgeting, and branch financial performance, including revenue and cost controls. Supervise, schedule, and develop field and office staff, fostering a safety-focused, team culture. Coordinate crane dispatch, fleet utilization, and logistics to meet project timelines and specifications. Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve service issues, and support project planning and execution. Collaborate with sales and corporate teams on bids, pricing, and strategic growth initiatives. Oversee maintenance planning and readiness of cranes and support equipment to ensure reliability. Monitor branch KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements for efficiency and service quality. Support hiring, training, and performance management aligned with company standards and technical requirements.
