About the Role LA Restore 360 is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to take ownership of reconstruction and restoration projects from handoff through final completion. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who can manage multiple active jobs, coordinate subcontractors, communicate confidently with customers, control project costs, and make sure the work in the field meets our standards. You will be responsible for the schedule, budget, customer experience, subcontractor coordination, jobsite execution, documentation, and overall success of every project assigned to you. This position reports directly to Sergio Cortes . What You'll Do Manage reconstruction and restoration projects from initial handoff through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules and drive jobs toward completion Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding schedules, progress, changes, and expectations Own the jobsite and ensure subcontractors are completing work safely, professionally, and to LA Restore 360 standards Perform regular site visits to verify progress, workmanship, cleanliness, and schedule Manage project budgets and make purchasing and subcontractor decisions with project margins in mind Monitor job costs throughout the project and identify potential budget or margin issues before they become problems Coordinate material selections, ordering, deliveries, and subcontractor requirements Manage change orders and additional work when project conditions or scope change Maintain complete and accurate project documentation in JobTread, including notes, photos, schedules, budgets, change orders, and customer communications Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable i nsurance program and TPA requirements Maintain required documentation and meet program deadlines throughout the life of the project Coordinate internally with mitigation, estimating, accounting, and management to keep projects moving Conduct project completion walkthroughs, resolve punch-list items, and drive projects through final closeout What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects and doesn't need to be chased for updates.
The right candidate will have:
Experience managing residential or commercial construction, reconstruction, or insurance restoration projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite management Experience managing project budgets and understanding job costs and gross margin Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills Ability to hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, and jobsite standards Strong attention to documentation and project details Comfort working with construction/project management software Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with management and the rest of the team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Insurance restoration experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with TPAs, carrier programs, Xactimate, JobTread, or similar restoration/construction management platforms is a major plus.
