Job Description Lead all on-site operations for ground-up tilt-wall construction projects Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement Coordinate tilt-wall panel erection, site logistics, and trade sequencing activities Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards Implement and enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance requirements Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and subcontractor coordination meetings Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and maintain productivity Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and project documentation Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors Lead punch-list completion, project closeout activities, and final turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
