Field Supervisor

About the Role Revive Exteriors is a residential exterior remodeling company serving the West GA area specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and painting. The Field Supervisor role is a core, established position within our operation and central to how every project gets delivered. You will be on the ground managing active job sites, coordinating crews, and making sure every homeowner has a great experience from start to finish. This role also comes with real sales opportunity. You will interact with homeowners daily, and the ability to generate your own jobs is a direct path to significantly higher earnings. What You'll Be Doing Managing multiple active job sites day-to-day across roofing, siding, window, and painting projects Supervising on-site crews and coordinating anything they need to keep projects moving Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout each project Conducting pre-job walkthroughs and post-completion inspections Coordinating material pickups and job-site logistics using a company credit card Traveling between job sites regularly throughout the day Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers Following company systems and CRM SOPs to keep project data accurate and up to date Tracking job progress and communicating updates to ownership and the sales team Handling warranty calls and post-job follow-up Managing permits and local municipality requirements as needed What We're Looking For Required Strong customer service background

• you are comfortable communicating with homeowners daily and handling concerns professionally Exceptional organizational skills
• you can manage multiple projects in different stages at the same time without losing details Clear, direct communicator with customers, crews, and the internal team Critical thinker who can solve problems in the field independently Comfortable following established systems and software SOPs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own reliable truck
• daily travel between job sites is a core part of this role Preferred Sales experience or a track record of turning customer relationships into closed business 2+ years in residential construction, field supervision, or production coordination Familiarity with roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $52,000 Commission on self-generated sales
