About Our Client Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their retail, QSR, and restaurant construction division. Job Description Travel as required to assigned project locations throughout the United States Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project timelines. Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management. Identify and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently. Maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects, particularly in the Southeast region. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Flexibility to travel extensively for project oversight. Ability to travel extensively and relocate temporarily based on project assignments What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000. Comprehensive benefits package.
