We're looking for a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects. You'll be the go-to expert on-site, ensuring top-quality installation, team coordination, and safety compliance while serving as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all plumbing field activities from start to finish Manage crews and subcontractors to meet deadlines and uphold high standards Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, job specs, and safety regulations Work closely with General Contractors and other trades for smooth operations Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reporting Represent Paulson-Cheek with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

Work Location:

In person / Project-based

• Norcross and greater Atlanta market.

This is a traveling field position. Travel to project and customer locations is required based on business and project needs.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and local codes Excellent leadership and crew management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and MEP plans Commitment to job site safety and OSHA standards Clear driving record and ability to travel to job sites throughout the region Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills Why Work With Us?
