They are smaller scale with a current headcount of 15 people with a plan to 3x their revenue by end of 2026 so opportunity for long term career growth is immense! Job Description Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, architects, and engineers. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management. Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards and contract requirements. Assist in resolving any disputes or challenges that arise during construction. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent should have: For consideration for the Assistant Superintendent role, a minimum of 2 years in this role is required for consideration. For Superintendents expereince on ground up projects up to $15M from start to finish is required for consideration. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
