- This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
- The Training Coordinator serves as the key resource and coach for implementing PE and Learning practices across the operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a premier training program to provide a highly effective, robust, motivated, and safe workforce passionate about continuous improvement by: + Provide coaching on problem solving using data and analytics to drive informed decision-making + Assist departments in conducting root cause analysis, applying systematic problem-solving methodologies, and implementing sustainable countermeasures.
Job Requirements:
- + Strong background in manufacturing, either as a plant supervisor or through extensive hands-on experience in operational environments.
