Coordinate project scheduling using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking; address any issues promptly. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety logs using tools like Prolog or Bluebeam. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and scheduling adjustments to ensure timely project delivery. Header Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar management role within heavy civil or commercial construction projects. Extensive on-site construction experience with a strong understanding of construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Proficiency in construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent tools. Demonstrated ability in managing teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. Skilled in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting complex technical data accurately. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project management principles. Excellent communication skills for managing crews, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders efficiently.
