This pivotal role involves managing daily on-site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive successful project execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Header Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to confirm project requirements are met accurately. Coordinate project scheduling using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking; address any issues promptly. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety logs using tools like Prolog or Bluebeam. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and scheduling adjustments to ensure timely project delivery. Lead meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress updates, resolve issues, and align project goals. Supervise the review of construction drawings and technical documents; interpret technical data accurately for team implementation. Header Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar management role within heavy civil or commercial construction projects. Extensive on-site construction experience with a strong understanding of construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Proficiency in construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent tools. Demonstrated ability in managing teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. Skilled in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting complex technical data accurately. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project management principles. Excellent communication skills for managing crews, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders efficiently. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines within budget constraints. Familiarity with federal construction regulations and best practices for pipeline projects or other specialized infrastructure work is a plus.
