Site Manager

Job Description - The Site Manager is a critical part of our management team. The Site Manager will manage a crew of people to complete a variety of tasks. This person will have a direct impact on the quality, safety, and profitability of projects. This is a working position and the Site Manager will operate a variety of equipment. This is a full-time, year-round position. RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects that help our team members develop a diversified skill set. Site Managers will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to: Earth Moving Rock Placement Utility Installation Clearing & Demolition Erosion Control Duties - Plan and manage projects to maximize safety, efficiency, and profitability. Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere. Manage a team of 1-10 people. Operate a variety of equipment. Perform daily maintenance - grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc. Work outside in all weather conditions. Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise. Requirements - A desire to learn and grow. Experience is required, but we are willing to train specifics. A 4-year degree is preferred. Posses a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Transportation to and from the job site.
