Job Description
Looking for full or part time Assistant to the Apartment Manager for our newly-built apartment complexes located in the Sandpoint area. On-site housing, optional either 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with Washer and Dryer included and is part of the compensation package if you choose the move-in option, in addition to a salary and occupancy bonuses plus medical benefits, vacation time and sick pay accrual after the customary waiting period.
ON SITE MANAGER
Apartment or property management experience with LIHTC is preferred but will train the right applicant who has a math aptitude and proven reliability with verifiable references.
