Big Tree Construction is a developer-builder based in downtown Coeur d'Alene with two projects starting construction this fall in the CdA and Post Falls area, and a pipeline of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial work across North Idaho and Spokane behind them. We need a Superintendent to run projects day-to-day. This is a field leadership job.

You own the site:

schedule, subs, safety, quality, inspections. You'll have a PM handling the commercial paper so you can stay focused on putting work in place. What you'll do Run daily field operations: sub coordination, look-aheads, and daily logs Own site safety, cleanliness, and quality control Schedule and manage city inspections and third-party testing Verify work in place for monthly draws alongside the PM Solve field problems before they become schedule problems Communicate honestly and early when something is off track What we're looking for 5+ years running commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects as a superintendent, or a strong assistant super ready to step up Wood-frame, podium, or townhome/production residential experience valued Comfortable with Procore daily logs, photos, and scheduling tools OSHA 30 preferred Local to North Idaho/Spokane or ready to be; this is a boots-on-site role Compensation and benefits $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience Health insurance Vehicle allowance 2 weeks PTO plus paid holidays Why Big Tree We build our own projects and projects for clients who trust us with the whole delivery, which changes the job. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
