In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless installation experience by coordinating between customers, installation crews, sales consultants, and internal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Schedule and coordinate Plumbing & Electrical installations, including next-day and same-day jobs
• Review daily email correspondence and ensure all required paperwork from Sales Consultants and Installation Teams is complete and accurate
• Confirm customer payments have been received prior to installation
• Verify jobs are completed according to company standards and customer specifications
• Serve as the primary communication point between Dispatch, Permits, Warehouse, Installation Teams, and Sales Consultants
• Coordinate logistics to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Resolve scheduling and operational issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on company processes and industry knowledge
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS

• Plumbing and/or Electrical industry knowledge strongly preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both operationally and strategically
• Team-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college coursework preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must pass a criminal background check
