The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the installation and completion of roofing projects, guarantee customer satisfaction, oversee all branch administrative duties, manage branch employee relations and communicate with PSR corporate. This position will report to the Regional Manager. Peach State Roofing completes projects throughout the United States. Our corporate office is based just outside of Atlanta, GA and we have 25 fully staffed locations nationwide. Peach State Roofing focuses on private commercial re-roofing projects with single-ply and sheet metal installations. Peach State Roofing is widely recognized as one of the country's top single-ply commercial roofing contractors.

Duties:

Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed for all safety and quality measures Address any and all types of problems that may arise during the course of the installation Ensure customer satisfaction Managing material and equipment Managing multiple projects and employees at the same time. Managing daily branch operations Communicate with Corporate and HR Requirements Prior roofing experience preferred, not required 18 years of age or older Able to lift 50lbs and climb up and down ladders Possess and maintain a valid driver's license that is able to meet insurance requirements - no DUI, no major citations, fewer than 3 moving violations in past 36 months.
