at Huron Group in Deerfield, Illinois, United States Job Description The Huron Group is a residential development and construction company specializing in single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium communities throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. We operate as an integrated developer and builder, managing projects from land acquisition through construction and delivery, with a strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and execution. We are seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of a residential subdivision. This role manages multiple homes at once, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, to plan, and at a high level of quality from start through certificate of occupancy. This is a field-based role operating out of our Kenosha, WI office, with daily jobsite oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage construction from groundbreaking through final completion Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors on-site Maintain and drive construction schedules across multiple homes Ensure quality control and adherence to plans Coordinate and pass all municipal inspections Manage punch lists and final delivery Utilize Buildertrend (or similar software) for scheduling, updates, and communication Work closely with project management on job progress and coordination What We're Looking For 3-5 years experience in residential construction supervision Experience with single-family homes, townhomes, or similar product types Ability to manage multiple homes or units simultaneously Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite coordination Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using construction software (Buildertrend preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits $70,000 - $100,000 target salary range, based on experience Designed as a junior to mid-level superintendent role Company vehicle provided Growth opportunity based on performance To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
