The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on construction supervision experience with strong knowledge of interior renovation projects, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and project safety compliance. This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately two (2) months, with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and project workload. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination Maintain project schedule and sequencing activities Coordinate inspections and closeout activities Monitor safety compliance and site logistics Conduct quality control inspections and punch list management Communicate daily progress updates to project management Coordinate with architects, consultants, inspectors, and ownership representatives Review construction drawings, RFIs, and submittals Maintain professional jobsite documentation and reporting Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of construction superintendent experience Strong background in renovation/interior buildout projects Experience with institutional, educational, or public-sector projects preferred Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling OSHA 30 Certification preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Local Chicagoland candidates preferred Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience Short-term contract assignment Potential future opportunities with ongoing projects To Apply Please submit: Resume Project experience list References Availability for immediate start
