What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you will: Support the Site Manager with daily car wash operations. Lead by example and keep the team motivated and engaged. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and site performance. Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Step in wherever needed to keep the site running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience required . Strong communication and people skills. A positive, energetic attitude. Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure. Ability to pass a background check.
