Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Working Construction Lead to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Lead, you will manage teams, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Duties Performing working Leader to perform including supervise construction crews, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope Coordinate construction schedules to optimize workflow Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide on-site activities Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance per OSHA standards, and adherence to construction regulations Oversee project documentation including contracts, Prolog reports, and change orders Utilize construction management software such as Corrigo Requirements Proven experience in residentual, and commercial construction management with a focus on pipeline projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and managing construction schedules effectively Proficiency construction management software Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Excellent managerial communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members Hands-on site experience with construction safety management tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing or similar equipment Ability to interpret technical documents related to contracts and project specifications Join our team as a Working Construction Lead where your expertise will directly impact the successful delivery of complex projects.
