We are looking for a Field Manager to oversee our field production operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and Great Roofing's quality standards. The Field Manager will lead our Site Supervisors and Material Runners while serving as the primary escalation point for jobsite and customer issues. Duties Oversee all field production activities and active jobsites. Lead, mentor, and hold Site Supervisors and Material Runners accountable. Review scopes of work and contracts to ensure projects are built correctly. Monitor job site quality, progress, safety and cleanliness. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and jobsite challenges. Coordinate and oversee roofing crews and specialty trades. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the construction process. Address production issues and keep projects moving forward. Complete or coordinate repairs, tarps and punch list items. Ensure completed work meets company standards, manufacturer specs and applicable building codes. Communicate project status, issues and field needs with the Production Manager. Qualifications Construction, roofing, remodeling or restoration experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of residential construction. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. The ideal candidate We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership. The Field Manager should be comfortable managing people, solving problems, communicating with customers and stepping in when needed to keep jobs moving and ensure they are completed correctly.
Pay:
