Responsibilities:

Work with our project management teams to upgrade our preconstruction services technology Attend pre-bid site meetings Qualify subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and submit competitive bids / budgets and negotiated pricing Offering our clients Value Engineering opportunities Maintain historical data and keep us with construction and material pricing Work with and manage our Design / Build partners / projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management / architecture or related degrees Five (5) years of commercial preconstruction services experience Knowledge & experience in the most current estimating and software systems Strong interpersonal, management and written communication skills
