Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Construction Project Manager specializing in residential remodel projects to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex residential projects, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of residential remodel construction projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Manage multiple concurrent projects ($50K-$1.5M). Develop and maintain schedules; sequence trades.

Own budgets:

track costs, manage change orders, protect margins. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to scope, schedule, and quality. Primary client contact with regular progress updates.

Manage closeout:

punch lists, inspections, warranties, sign-off. Skills 3+ years PM experience with a GC, preferably remodel/renovation. Knowledge of residential and light commercial trades. Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts. Track record managing budgets and schedules on concurrent projects. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management or equivalent. Light commercial / occupied-space experience. OSHA 30.
