Role Description This is a full-time role located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, and resolving any project-related challenges. The role demands a proactive approach to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong expertise in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Coordination Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects Proficiency in overall Project Management practices and principles Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Good communication and leadership skills to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience with commercial construction 5-10 years of relevant experience Architectural experience a plus
