Company Vehicle Gas Card Full Benefits Package 401(k) Plan Career Growth Opportunity Leadership Role with Division Growth Potential We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and grow our Restoration & Reconstruction Division in Saint Charles, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who can manage projects, build relationships, and take ownership of growing a division. The division has historically generated over $2 million in sales and is positioned for growth. This role will initially operate as a key leader managing projects, subcontractors, and customers while helping rebuild and expand the division. As the division grows, there will be opportunities to help build a team, including future Construction Superintendents and Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

Visit properties following mitigation services to meet with homeowners and assess reconstruction needs Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate Review scopes of work, write estimates, and secure reconstruction projects Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors Maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability Communicate with customers, insurance professionals, and internal teams Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Help develop processes and grow the reconstruction division

Requirements:

5+ years of construction management and/or restoration reconstruction experience Strong Xactimate estimating experience required Proven ability to manage projects from estimate through completion Experience overseeing subcontractors and production teams Knowledge of insurance restoration, reconstruction processes, and project management Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of results Existing subcontractor relationships are a plus but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000 (Depending on Experience)

Commission:
