Job Description

TD Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent. By utilizing your leadership skills coupled with your construction expertise; you will oversee multiple projects from start to finish providing pivotal oversight and direction to all subs and office staff. Your role is critical to the success of the project and TDCC. The Senior Project Superintendent should possess a total dedication to jobsite safety; communicate proactively and clearly with subs and office staff; have an acute ability to work autonomously; and demonstrate the ability to proactively solve problems.

Others Responsibilities Include:
  • Possessing a keen knowledge of project details and providing scheduling input for a clear path to project success; removing hurdles prior to reaching them.
  • Scheduling all subcontractor's work proactively and maintaining the project schedule throughout the duration of the project. Regularly providing updated schedules and 2-week look ahead schedules.
  • Holding AOC meetings with an ability to neatly maintain and disburse meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Supervise all subcontractor work to ensure safety compliance, quality of work performed, cost management and control.
  • Create and maintain all required project documentation including daily reports, toolbox talks etc.
  • High level proficiency reading plans and specifications.
  • Proficient with computers, email, Office, and Project.
  • Physically able to work in commercial construction settings.
