As a Primary Care Physician, you will diagnose, treat, and manage patient care within a collaborative, culturally sensitive environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and community partners. Responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ensuring quality, patient-centered care. You will participate in after-hours coverage, stay updated on medical regulations, and provide administrative oversight when needed. Requirements include an M.D./D.O., family medicine board certification, an active Indiana medical license, and experience with diverse populations and team-based care.
