Job Description

About us Tri-Tech Construction Services, Inc. is a fast growing small to mid-sized Commercial General Contractor, located in Lafayette, IN.
Our work environment includes:

Duties:
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
  • Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
