Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Lafayette, Indiana. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising workers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and according to quality requirements. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site. Manage and assign work to welders, pipe fitters, fabricators, and other site workers. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule. Coordinate with the Project Manager, customers, subcontractors, and other site personnel. Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Ensure all workers follow OSHA and company safety requirements. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations. Identify and resolve issues that may affect project progress. Prepare daily site reports and provide updates to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction site management or a related field. Experience with pipe fabrication, pipe installation, welding, or industrial construction preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workers and tasks. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Must be willing to work on-site and manage daily field operations. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Superintendent, or Foreman. Welding or pipe installation experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience working on industrial or commercial construction projects.
