Benefits/Perks Top industry compensation Bonuses/performance commissions on each project Vision and dental insurance Paid holidays and vacation time 401K retirement plan Company vehicle Career growth & professional development Key Responsibilities Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope Verify material deliveries match purchase orders Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and vendor evaluations Track project progress and maintain schedules Identify out-of-scope items and report to project managers Provide daily project updates Compile and resolve punch list items Perform final walk-through with customers Requirements Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces Knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines Excellent customer service and communication skills Position Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED (preferred) 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning IICRC certification a plus (not required) About Us We are a family-owned SERVPRO® Franchise that has proudly served our community for over 10 years.
