Location:

Field-Based, Wheatfield, IN. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a temp-to-hire, field-based opportunity supporting major power generation and heavy industrial construction projects in Wheatfield, IN. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with strong project controls experience, general contracting knowledge, and a background in complex industrial construction environments. Support field construction management and day-to-day project execution across complex industrial construction projects. Monitor contractor performance related to scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, productivity, and contract compliance. Review drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, RFIs, NCRs, change orders, technical requirements, and project documentation. Track project costs, quantities, billings, invoices, forecasts, productivity, cash flow, and overall project controls data. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, owners, engineers, and internal project teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, action-item logs, executive updates, and supporting documentation for project leadership.
