Job Description

Overview Frontier Construction is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who is ready to take on more responsibility while staying active in the field. The Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring projects are progressing on schedule, materials are available, subcontractors are coordinated, and job sites are maintained to company standards. Overview Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple job sites Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on-site Coordinate and manage subcontractor schedules and workflow Ensure projects stay on schedule and communicate delays or issues Perform quality control checks throughout all phases of construction Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site needs Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors (Home Depot, Menards, etc.) and deliver to job sites as needed Work closely with Project Management and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Assist with basic project documentation, updates, and communication Qualifications Prior construction or field experience required Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and transport materials as needed What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of job sites and follows through A leader who can keep subcontractors accountable Comfortable balancing hands-on work with coordination responsibilities Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
