Vertical Building Construction Superintendent Requirements:
5 Years of Commercial Construction experience OR 2 Years Vertical Building or Metal Stud Construction experience required Previous Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Similar Field Leadership experience required PM or Estimating experience is a plus Experience with HCSS Reporting or GPS Machine Control is a plus

Vertical Building Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
This role involves leading field operations for commercial, municipal, and industrial building projects from sitework and foundations through completion Responsibilities include coordinating crews, subcontractors, structural and MEP trades, materials, equipment, inspections, schedules, safety, quality, and daily site logistics while working with the project team to resolve field issues Additional duties may include permitting, project documentation, facility and infrastructure upgrades, and coordinating with maintenance and leadership teams Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
