Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track. Monitor project progress using construction management software such as Procore and Primavera P6. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents to ensure proper execution. Perform routine site inspections and enforce OSHA safety requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work and material deliveries. Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with field work and operate construction tools as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Strong knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices. Proven leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractors. Experience with heavy civil construction and pipeline projects is preferred. Familiarity with using testing equipment, including an ohmmeter, for quality control is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
