B.R.I.D.G.E
= Building Responsibility, Integrity, Development, Growth, and Excellence This is a 12-18 month rotational leadership development program designed to provide real-world experience across core operational areas while preparing you for a long-term leadership career at PSI. You won't sit behind a desk-you'll be immersed in: Production operations Quality control processes Maintenance and equipment reliability Yard and logistics operations Safety and compliance What You'll Do Rotate through multiple departments to gain a full understanding of plant operations Work directly with Plant Managers, Supervisors, and Leadership Teams Learn and apply industry-leading safety and quality standards Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities Participate in quality inspections, pre-pour/post-pour processes, and audits Identify and support process improvements and operational efficiencies Lead small teams and projects as you progress through the program Complete a capstone project focused on real business impact Career Path Opportunities Upon successful completion, participants are placed into leadership roles such as: Production Supervisor Project Manager Quality Control Manager Plant Manager (long-term track) Sales or Technical Services Manager Transportation/Logistics Manager What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business , or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Strong interest in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure Willingness to work in a hands-on, industrial environment Demonstrated leadership potential (internships, projects, athletics, etc.) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Willingness to relocate and/or travel between PSI locations during the program Why PSI?
