A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete project take-offs and cost estimates Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers. Generate new business to meet divisional goals Manage crews in an effective manner. Act as the single point of contact with the customer(s). Total responsibility for project profitability and quality. Interacts with estimators, engineering, payroll and other support personnel during all phases of construction. Materials purchasing. Support field foreman and corporate safety program during the construction phase. Change Order management and administration. Job Cost Management. Process and manage the accuracy of time and material cost items. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Excellent communication skills; both internal and external Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentBenefits
