The Opportunity:
You will lead on-site operations for a major long-term commercial project in the Elizabethtown area, serving as the primary point of contact for field execution. This is a full W2 position offering stability on a flagship build with the clear path to transition into future company projects. You will work in a tight-knit environment where your leadership directly impacts the success of the build and the growth of our local presence. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Direct all daily on-site construction activities to ensure the project remains on schedule and meets strict quality benchmarks. Manage and supervise specialized subcontractor teams to ensure compliance with architectural plans and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the owner and office personnel to provide transparent updates and resolve logistical challenges. Review and interpret detailed construction blueprints to coordinate complex utility and structural rough-ins. Monitor project milestones and material deliveries to prevent downtime or delays in the construction phase. Uphold the highest standards of site safety and cleanliness to represent the company professionally to the client.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Superintendent or site lead in commercial construction. Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial projects from ground-break through to final turnover. Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractor crews while maintaining a demanding project timeline. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Specific expertise in restaurant or retail construction requirements and technical specifications. Local knowledge of the Elizabethtown/Hardin County construction market and vendor landscape. History of managing long-term, high-stakes commercial builds with minimal oversight.
