Commercial Construction Superintendent Requirements:

2 Years of Commercial Construction Superintendent or Field Leadership experience required Experience with Ground Up / Renovation Projects required Occasional Overnight Travel throughout LA, Sometimes MS / Gulf South required Experience with SureTrak or Project Scheduling Software preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with projects such as Hospitals, Medical facilities, or Healthcare Construction is a plus

Commercial Construction Superintendent Rewards:

Commercial Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

This role involves supervising commercial construction projects from start to finish Responsibilities include managing field operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, reading blueprints, conducting site inspections, resolving field issues, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and clients Work may involve ground-up construction, renovations, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, hotels, office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, municipal buildings, and historic restoration projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
