Superintendent- This position is fulltime

Overview- This position is fulltime night work. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to oversee construction project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and team supervision. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Duties Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment. Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics; familiarity with Bluebeam is preferred. Experience with construction management software such as Prolog or similar tools. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
