About Our Client Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Sr. Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects up to $25 million in value, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This person may run 3-4 projects concurrently and would be tasked with some larger projects as well. Job Description The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues or conflicts. Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work. Maintain an accurate log of RFIs, Submittals, Change orders, material counts, and schedule Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Project Manager will have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or restaurant/retail construction projects. Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. What's on Offer The right Sr.
