Job Description Lead all field operations for an active $18M pump station and utility infrastructure project in New Bedford, MA Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain project schedules Oversee deep excavation and underground utility installation work Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site Monitor project quality, productivity, and progress while proactively solving field challenges Partner closely with project management and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle Manage daily site activities, logistics, and workforce planning Support successful project delivery through completion and turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
