Job Description Manage day-to-day operations on water and wastewater construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site. Oversee project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress. Identify and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during project execution. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent managing construction projects independently Strong sitework and underground utility construction experience (required) Comfortable overseeing deep excavation work (approximately 25 feet deep) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to commute to New Bedford, MA and support projects throughout the South Shore region What's on
