full-time Company Description We're hiring an HVAC Project Manager that can lead commercial mechanical projects across Massachusetts with a large focus on MGLC149 Public Projects (Municipalities, Schools, Fire Stations, Police Stations etc.). Project size ranges from 250K to 5M This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, working with union labor and large-scale systems. Role Description This is a full-time role based in Medfield, MA. The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish including. Overall project success - financial, contractual, schedule, coordination, and client satisfaction Leads coordination aligned with GC milestones and contractual requirements Owns procurement strategy and long-lead equipment risk management Manages all RFIs, change orders, directives, and scope clarification Maintains primary communication with GC, Owner, Engineer, and clients Establishes project execution strategy and staffing Oversees commissioning readiness, turnover completeness, and final acceptance Approves quality hold points or formally delegates verification to Superintendent Escalates risks per escalation path when schedule, safety, or profitability is impacted Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of HVAC Experience with creating a well-defined sequenced project schedules/ Gant w/ other trades Strong skills managing the timely delivery of materials and res Ability to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain client relationships Working knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC Familiarity with applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to HVAC
