The Successful Applicant The right Project Manager has the following qualifications: 5-10+ years as a PM Background in Construction Project Management with General Contractor or Subcontractor (very open) Can be coming from a GC or sub, very open Environmental / Chemical Plant project experience is a plus (not needed) Will look at any project background Proficient in Microsoft Project Strong understanding of environmental, health/safety concepts, & rules associated with facility operations in the US Ability to issue communications and reports effectively in verbal and written form What's on Offer The Project Manager will receive: Competitive salary range up to $185K (depending on experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401K, PTO & paid holidays Opportunity for career advancement within a highly respected firm
