Permanent/Direct-Hire Ready to lead high-profile multifamily construction projects from the ground up? We're looking for an experienced Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality work, and enjoys leading teams to successful project completion. In this role, you'll oversee all field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintain project schedules, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and daily job site operations. Drive project schedules, coordinate inspections, and proactively resolve field issues. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site while enforcing OSHA standards. Coordinate materials, equipment, and trade sequencing to keep projects moving. Review drawings and specifications to ensure quality construction and contract compliance. Partner with the project team on RFIs, bid packages, project documentation, commissioning, and closeout. Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors. What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL). OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred. 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 8 years supervising multifamily residential projects (50+ units). Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+. Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, field operations, and project execution. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is a plus. Experience with PHIUS/passive building standards is a plus. Comfortable using mobile technology for field management.
