Districtwide Salary:
$32 per hour, part-time, non-benefit position
Minimum Qualifications:
A college degree or 2 years of experience in a school setting or a similar role. Must have strong management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with families, staff, students, as well as school administrators. Must have strong computer skills.
Description of Duties:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing all day-to-day operations at the assigned school site. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, payment collection, managing payroll timesheets, and tracking attendance for all WA students. The Site Coordinator supports enrichment teachers, program providers, staff, and all enrolled students, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-organized environment. They are also responsible for designing, directing, and overseeing the implementation of center-based student activities to promote engagement and enrichment. Additional duties include evaluating, developing, and onboarding all staff members. The Site Coordinator must also maintain clear, consistent communication with parents and families—this includes, but is not limited to, distributing a monthly newsletter with important updates and information.
