Key Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed or certified Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in a school setting Ability to deliver therapeutic services to children in grades K-4 Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a fixed day schedule Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct nine individual physical therapy sessions per assigned day, each lasting 30 minutes Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students unique needs and IEP goals Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student session Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and ensure a coordinated approach to therapy Provide guidance and resources to school staff as needed regarding physical therapy best practices
