$90,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience Position Overview Allied, a family-owned construction company, is seeking an organized, goal-oriented, and self-driven Project Manager to support commercial geothermal drilling and system installation projects. The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating field operations, documentation, materials, budgets, billing, and client requirements. This position requires strong administrative and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel and provide field support when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage the administrative and operational aspects of assigned commercial drilling and hookup projects. Confirm that each project is properly prepared before scheduling field crews. Coordinate with field personnel, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including: Drilling logs and daily drilling reports Equipment inspection reports Safety and training records Completion logs Client-required documentation CCIP and insurance-related documentation Ensure all project reporting is completed accurately and submitted according to client requirements. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project documents. Prepare, submit, and track change orders. Monitor project budgets, costs, schedules, and overall financial performance. Prepare project billing and supporting documentation. Coordinate and manage materials needed for each project site. Obtain material quotes and prepare purchase orders. Assist with basic shop drawings and as-built documentation when required. Visit and support project sites as needed. Travel out of town as required for assigned projects. Comply with and enforce all applicable federal, state, client, and company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of three years of contract administration, project administration, or project management experience. Ability to read and understand contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare professional emails, correspondence, memoranda, change orders, and project documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Ability and willingness to travel as project needs require. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Construction industry experience. Experience managing commercial construction or drilling projects. Experience with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam. Experience with CADD or similar drafting software. Ability to prepare basic shop drawings and as-built documents. Familiarity with project budgeting, billing, purchase orders, and change-order management.
