This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure all work aligns with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to drive projects forward efficiently and successfully. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency. Oversee construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Review construction plans and blueprints using Civil 3D or equivalent tools to ensure accuracy and feasibility before implementation. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Lead project teams by managing subcontractors and internal staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of quality. Need to be able to communicate in SPANISH, which is

Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, scheduling (Primavera P6), and project management software tools such as ProCore or Prolog. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures. Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects within commercial or civil construction environments. Skilled in blueprint reading, contract management, and construction plans review using Civil 3D or similar software. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams in a construction management role while fostering collaboration and accountability. Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting on projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) for documentation and communication purposes. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including critical path method (CPM) scheduling. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently while maintaining focus on project goals and deadlines.
