Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Review construction plans and blueprints using Civil 3D or equivalent tools to ensure accuracy and feasibility before implementation. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Lead project teams by managing subcontractors and internal staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams in a construction management role while fostering collaboration and accountability. Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting on projects.
