Job Description The Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial - Baltimore will: Lead all day-to-day construction activities on active project sites. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules and milestones. Drive project safety, quality control, and production performance. Develop, update, and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate closely with foremen, project teams, and fellow Superintendents to maintain efficient field operations. Serve as the primary on-site leader on smaller projects and oversee multiple field personnel on larger projects. Manage construction projects from sitework through building systems commissioning. Ensure successful delivery of complex at-risk construction projects while maintaining client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant The Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial - Baltimore will have: 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience with a General Contractor. Experience delivering vertical ground-up construction projects. Strong preference for candidates who advanced through the trades, particularly from a carpentry background. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and understand all major construction systems. Experience with scheduling software and construction technology platforms such as Primavera P6, AutoDesk, PlanGrid, Submittal Exchange, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with secure government, mission-critical, SCIF, clean room, or defense-related projects is highly desirable. Active security clearance is a plus but not required. Must be comfortable working hands-on in the field and assisting with construction activities when needed. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Base Salary:
